A staple meal for us! This chicken Caesar salad is perfect to prep for lunches throughout the week or enjoy as an easy, delicious dinner. We love prepping the dressing, hard-boiled eggs, and chicken ahead of time so this comes together in just 5 minutes!

How I cook my hard boiled eggs:

  1. Place your eggs in a pot and fill with enough water to completely cover the eggs.

  2. Bring the water to a boil.

  3. Once boiling, turn off the burner and cover the pot with a lid.

  4. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 6–9 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you like your yolk.

  5. Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool completely.

  6. Peel, slice, and enjoy!

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! I made it a point to cater my recipes to have minimal ingredients along with little prep time. With most of my recipes I will include optional add on’s that may have extra nutritional benefits but if you don’t have them, the recipe will be just as tasty!
